The events world moves fast. Like, ridiculously fast. And while we’re pros at delivering for others, we’re usually last on our own priority list. Sound familiar?

That’s why this year’s Event Wellbeing Week 2025, in partnership with The Meeting Show, is flipping the script. We’re not here for bubble bath clichés — we’re here to talk about real self-care. The uncomfortable kind. The brave kind. The radical, necessary kind.
