Karen Liebenguth is an accredited personal and executive coach, accredited mindfulness trainer and supervisor, mentor and facilitator.

She set up Green Space Coaching & Mindfulness in 2008 and offers tailored mindfulness and coaching programmes for the workplace to foster personal and professional growth as well as mental health and wellbeing.

Karen specialises in taking her coaching clients on a walk in London’s parks and green spaces tapping into the beneficial impact nature has on our psychological, emotional and
physical wellbeing.

Karen’s own history of mental ill-health and her recovery through mindfulness and learning how to come into caring and kind relationship with herself, led her to become a
coach and mindfulness trainer to help others develop healthy minds and hearts.

She says: “Getting to know and working with our mind is one of the most remarkable things we can do with our lives.”
  
She is a member of the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring and the British Association for Mindfulness Based Approaches (BAMBA).
